The dining room itself? It's in one of the original heritage wings, so you're eating under century-old timber beams with these massive windows overlooking the gardens. There's something special about having a meal in a space that's seen so much history.

Martine's philosophy? Keep it honest. She'd rather serve you a perfect carrot than an over-complicated mess. Trained in France, refined in Japan, now creating magic with BC's incredible local produce.

David's wine list reads like a love letter to the Okanagan Valley and beyond. He's passionate about pairing but won't make you feel bad if you just want a glass of whatever sounds good.

We've got about 400 labels in the cellar, ranging from "hey that's nice" to "okay wow, special occasion." David's really into BC wines - he thinks we've got world-class stuff happening in the Okanagan and he's not wrong.
But there's also some beautiful bottles from France, Italy, and California when you want to branch out. The list changes pretty regularly because David gets excited about new discoveries and we all just let him do his thing.
